At Lemon Street Life, every piece is made with care and intention. To help us maintain this quality and mindful production process, we follow the policy below.

 

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Size exchange is unavailable.

However, we leave sufficient margins in our garments to allow for easy alterations.

Order Changes

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make any changes to:

Size

Style

Shipping address

Please review your order details carefully before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Please share clear images with us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Ensure that all tags are intact.

Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product.

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking status shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received the parcel, please notify us within 24 hours so we can escalate the issue with our shipping partner. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist beyond this timeframe.

Size Customisation

We do not offer size customisation.
