In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Please share clear images with us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Ensure that all tags are intact.

Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product.

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking status shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received the parcel, please notify us within 24 hours so we can escalate the issue with our shipping partner. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist beyond this timeframe.

Incorrect Address Details

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch will need to be borne by the customer.
